Default website page showing on new account

Need help on this one, hard time figuring out the situation. I created a new account in cpanel ex: www.mywebsite.com when i go to the url i get directed to the "Default Website Page" which adds /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi after the url. if i go to the ip like 000.000.000.000/~accoutname it works fine. Also if a make a directory such as www.mywebsite.com/info and insert an index.htm file it works fine. Basically IP/~account name works & directories made resolve just fine. Only issue is when I go to the main url Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

  Hello :) Please try clearing the browser and DNS cache on your computer to ensure you are not viewing cached data in your browser. Thank you.

  Thanks cPanelMichael, thought it was a dns issue, never thought the cache in the browser would cause that situation, your a genius :) thanks again.
