ftp user can send email

is possible prevent that ftp user send emails? I want that only email account is allowed to send email

  An Addon FTP account, user@domain.com, does not provide access to an email account of the same user login name, AFAIK. Can you provide a few more details please?

  I received a notification from LFD of LOCALRELAY of sending email with username@hostname, this user account not have account email, I verified the scripts but not script php send these messages

  I doubt that's an Addon FTP user. For example if you sent out an email from a forum to your users, like this one, and you're not configured (in forum settings) to use SMTP, the email is sent by username@hostname. Send that email to more users than permitted in your cPanel settings, LFD sees it and alerts you to it. And can be configured to kill it too.
