Monthly backup day

Hi, Is there any way to set the day on which monthly backup is run? I have a weekly backup running on Saturdays, and I'd like to have monthly backup run also only on a Saturday (say, first Saturday of the month).

  Hello :) You could increase the number of weekly backups retained so that it has a month's worth of backups generated on a specific day, however it's not possible to configure monthly backups to run on a specific day of the week.   Thanks for the reply. Four weekly backups would work, but since it cannot be done in incremental fashion, the I/O and space overhead would not work in our case. Is there any way we can start the incremental backup from a command line and then schedule the backups using cron, and would that kind of backup be "restorable" through the WHM interface?

  You can force a generation of backups at anytime via: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force
  It would backup the accounts the same way they are configured in "Configure Backup" within WHM. Thank you.
