    Hello :) It's likely the default configuration of SpamAsassin is sufficient for most users, thus additional entries are not often discussed. Feel free to share your concerns with the default configuration, or let us know the outcome after implementing additional rules. Thank you.

    Michael, I highly doubt that the default configuration is sufficient for most users. After installing the config file I listed I was still getting some spam but now after 24 hours maybe the bayesian filters have learned enough and are blocking it, because I'm getting very little.     Now after a couple of days have gone by and no changes to the settings I'm back to receiving the same 3-5 obvious spam messages an hour but spam assassin is assigning them very low values so of course they are making it through.
