Maybe create new email account for IMAP users, and forward (forwarding will still leave copy) them all mail.

Hello :) The best way to achieve this would be to ensure all email clients utilize IMAP. This way, messages are saved on the server even after they are opened/downloaded. Thank you.

Hello! How I say, no IMAP. The customer have daily hunderd/thousands emails and didn't want to use IMAP. I understand is not possible to get readed email with POP3. Thanks!

Yes, you are not going to be able to leave a copy of the message on the server unless your users explicitly configure that in their email clients. Note that Webmail already uses IMAP. Thank you.

Right, when a user downloads/reads a message through Webmail (IMAP), it moves the message from the "new" to the "cur" directory. You could setup a cron job that moves messages from the "cur" to the "new" directory, but really it's a matter of consulting with the support of your email client to determine the best way to download messages that have already been delivered. Thank you.
