How to create secured E-Commerce Dedicated Server with CPANEL?

Hello there CPAnel forumers! I want to install CPAnel on my future private dedicated server for running professional webstore. Can CPANEL help me to set up SECURED E-Commerce dedicated server at maximum security level? If yes, how? What should I do in this case? The server will work for only ONE ADMIN who will manage the server and webstore.
