chkservd on server email question

I got this email notification from cPanel. Its been the second time. Can some one help me with idea what did it happen? Any solution you can advise for this problem? Thank you for your help. .vB

  Hello :) Please review the following log files for the times this occurred: /var/log/chkservd.log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd.log
  This should offer more information about why the notification was sent. Thank you.
