Hello :) If you have access to Web Host Manager, you can update/add those entries for your DNS Zone via: WHM Home " DNS Functions " Edit DNS Zone Or, with cPanel itself, browse to: cPanel -- Domains -- Advanced DNS Zone Editor cPanel -- Domains -- Simple DNS Zone Editor Are you able to let us know which aspect you are unable to modify? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. I have WHM access. Under "DNS Functions" I have two options: (a) Edit MX Entry (b) Edit Zone Templates I think, the configuration instruction I have is not fit for cPanel. Would you get me configuration for cPanel Please.

Based on the Configuration info I have, There should be the following input fields: 1. inputs for Locate the CNAMEs: Name + Target 2. Locate the MX: Host+Target 3. Locate the SRV+Port+Protocol+Service+Priority+Weight+Target+ 4 Locate the TXT: Name+TXT But in the cPanel, I have the following input fields: (1.1) Simple DNS Zone Editor >> Add an A Record: Name+Address (1.2) Simple DNS Zone Editor >> Add a CNAME Record: Name+CNAME (2.0) Advanced DNS Zone Editor >> Add a Record: Name+TTL+Type+Address (3.1) MX Entry >> Email Routing: Automatically..+Local..+Backup+Remote (3.1) MX Entry >> Add New Record: Priority+Destination Please get me settings, which fit with cPanel froms.

Please ask your reseller hosting provider for access to the "Edit a DNS Zone" feature in Web Host Manager. You are going to need it if you plan to add/modify SRV records, as that's not possible through cPanel itself. Thank you.
