"Secret" or "Secure" forwading ?

Hi, we have a cPanel account with approx 500 email addresses. Is there a way we can send an email to all our users without revealing the user list? In addition we need the forwarder to be "secure", so that only people we decide should have access can do this. We don't want an outsider to be able to email all our users. Only directors of the business should be able to do this. Any ideas? Thanks, Sigol.

  Hello :) Have you considered setting up a Mailman mailing list and configuring it to only allow certain email accounts to send messages to it? That might be the easiest way to achieve this type of setup. Thank you.
