Lost Permissions ????

Hello First of all, thank you very much for spending time on my post and so sorry because my english is too poor... I have a Dedicated server with a Cpanel account, my cpanel account expired and was deleted. The next day I bought it again but I really have a problem with the permissions. I've installed cms likes drupal, and when I try to Update it or upload a pic or something, it send my an error of permissions "cant write on...". I have to go manually and change permisssions of this folder, and it works but it is too tedious. My question: Is it a way to to restore it like before? Before the licensed expired i didn't have any troubles of permissions... In case of it isn't possible... Can I give permissions by another easy way? Thank you very much

  Ok, I solved it... My problem was i have to change php handler... I had it on DSO and change to CGI. Thank you very much again!!
