403 Forbidden Access denied error attempting to remotely access cPanel for Backup
My reseller account was moved to a new server a few weeks ago by my web hosting provider. Ever since then I have been unable to use cPanel's backup function remotely via a cron script. Any execution starts my script fine, but I get a 403 Forbidden Access denied error attempting to remotely access cPanel. I've tried using scripts with calls to both dofullbackup.html and calls to the CPANEL::API using both Perl and PHP. Scripts always executed fine to the point where cPanel is remotely accessed. I have limited rights on the server being a reseller, so anything you might suggest I would have to forward to my web hosting provider to look into.
