Max defers and failures per hour

I'm getting the message "Domain domain.dom has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded." on my exim logs. As I've activated that option, all should be good but the fact is that I have "email_send_limits_min_defer_fail_to_trigger_protection" set to 101 and "email_send_limits_max_defer_fail_percentage" set to 50 and it doesn't seem to be "respected" . Two questions: - How to verify if the "101" value is being respected by the configuration - How to check how many failures/bounces a domain has at the present time. Regards :)
