SQL , user/bin/php & php defunct issues taking too much cpu load

Hi need help to fix it am facing big issue my server SQL, user/bin/php & php defunct issues taking too much cpu load. Which take down my server. My server have good configuration but server takes too much load for few minutes then it will work fine server always service startus is around 1.5 by 8. My server details: Intel Xeon E3-1230 8 Gb Ram Cloudlinux + Cpanel Installed Php Handler Suphp Default. please tell me to fix this load..I attached picture as well of daily process log please check it..vB
