Apache showing 404 on existing directories

    Hi there: [Tue May 27 17:07:54 2014] [error] [client 123.456.789.10] File does not exist: /home/**CPANELUSER**/public_html But the folder does exist, the directory listing in /home/**CPANELUSER** : drwxr-x--- 12 **CPANELUSER** **CPANELUSER** 4096 May 4 18:11 public_html/

    It seems odd that Apache would not find the directory if it exists. Feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look and attempt to reproduce the issue. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
