Can receive email on local exchange but can't send to some domains

Hi all, i deployed exchange 2010 and can receive mails without issue. I can send to only few domains and i've been in the mess about a week now. I don't know if my public dns configurations (in cpanel) is the issue, i hope to get some help here. thanks

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on the method you are using to send? For instance, are you sending through the cPanel server, or is email handled exclusively on your Exchange server? Thank you.
