Process owner different from username

This is quite odd, I recently transferred an account from Goddaddy and the website's processes show a different owner from the cPanel username. From the process manager, it will show up as something like 1078. Is this normal?

  Hello, Sounds like it could be a UID of 1078? How did you transfer this exactly?

  Generated a full backup from Godaddy, transferred file via FTP. Restore full backup via WHM.

  Hello :) You can verify the UID of the account with a command such as: id username
  Browse to the account's home directory and use the "ls -al" command to see if file ownership differs from the account username. Thank you.
