How to fix this Exim error?

    What version of cPanel are you on? Have you tried forcing a cPanel update?

    cPanel Version 11.42.1 (build 16) I do not want update cPanel, I just want fix exim.

    Forcing an update will not change your version number at this time. It can though, help sort out issues like this one I believe. Forcing an update is suggested. The screenshot does not indicate an issue with EXIM that I can see.

    I found a probelm. There are so many mails on queue. I select delete all with ConfigServer Mail Queues. Now, I need to wait....

    Note that whenever you see a message like that in the user interface, you can typically review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for more information about the error. Thank you.
