Is there a way to operate pdftk within cpanel?

I'm using classes that generate pdf documents from pre-existing pdf templates and the pdftk-php class isn't working on CPanel. It generates the pdfs from the templates perfectly fine on my local server and the pdfs are working fine with the fpdf and fpdi classes on CPanel, but the pdftk-php class isn't functioning correctly on the CPanel. Although the class runs and produces a temporary file it is producing a corrupted pdf the way it would if no pdf template was present. I suspect that the pdftk.exe file isn't accessing the pdfs on cpanel for some reason. If this is the problem, is there a way around the restriction?

  I don't really see how cPanel would have anything to do with this. Without having actually seen the issue you're referencing, perhaps this is a problem with the script being a .exe, which is for Windows?

  Thanks for the information. It looks like I'll have to figure out how to access cpanel from the command line in order to get pdftk to work on the server.
