    Hello :) You can have them disable their auto responder, setup a filter to block their automatic responses, or in the case of the customer using BoxTrapper, you could have them add your email address to the white list. Thank you.

    Sorry what i mean is if our customers on our servers have auto responder, setup we get emails aswell

    Could you provide a specific example of this? I'm not sure I understand the last part of that statement. Thanks.

    Ok say one customer setup an auto responder for their emails, when someone sends them an email and their auto responder sends them a reply our server sends us one also.

    To clarify, you are sent a copy of all auto-responses sent out from their account? Are you sure there are no custom filter rules added to their account that result in that email being sent? What do you see when you review the message in /var/log/exim_mainlog? Thank you.

    Yes from any account which as an auto responder its been like this for months
