Accessing webspace before domain is moved

sorry if this is a really stupid question ! I have a reseller account and I need a new account for a project but the domain will only be moved over once the new site is complete. So I normally go to WHM, open a new account by adding the domain name and then to cpanel to install Wordpress or whatever and work from there. I guess I still put in the domain it is going to be at WHM but then how do I find the webspace ? many thanks

  Not sure if all servers are the same but accounts on my server are accessed with the code below. http://IP/~Account Username/
