    Hello :) Please contact your web hosting provider for assistance. It's possible the account is locked by cPhulk brute force detection and your provider might need to whitelist your IP address. Thank you.

    Why is it that I can't login on my phone though? Using the old or new password?

    cPHulk can block an account, or it can block an IP address. Each device that has a unique IP address, may or may not be blocked by cPHulk. Only your hosting provider has the access required to look at the server and tell you exactly why your problem is happening.
