Hi, I tried to find solution here in the forums but can't find it. If there is any thread that can help please give me link if not then please help me. I'm facing problem when i reset MySQL root password from WHM in cPanel. When i clicked on "MySQL" Databases" in Database section in cPanel it showing me this messages. I want to mention another thing that our database are Remote Database. [QUOTE]The MySQL server is currently offline.
[QUOTE]Error while connecting to MySQL: Access denied for user 'root'@'hostname' (using password: YES). Error from MySQL query: Can't call method "do" on an undefined value at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 1196, line 1.

  Hello :) Please let us know the output in your MySQL error log (/var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err) when you restart MySQL or when you attempt to view the databases in cPanel. Thank you.

  Hi This error showing -bash: /var/lib/mysql/$hostname: No such file or directory I replaced hostname with my hostname.

  You have to use a command such as "tail" or "cat" to review a log file. EX: tail -f /var/lib/mysql/$hostname
  Note that with a limited experience on the command line, you may want to consider consulting with a qualified system administrator or opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look. Remember to post the ticket number here should you decide to open a ticket. Thank you.

  Thanks for your response i was able to solve it by get a help from a friend. He just reset it via SSH. Now it's working again. Thanks.
