Hosted MS Exchange Questions

I have setup 8 local email account, client would like 2 of them on hosted Exchange using the same domain, can I successfully do this without conflict, both local and hosted exchange? The other question is the client would like multiple users accessing the same hosted exchange account using Outlook 2007? any help would be appreciated, in the meantime I will be doing some reading :confused: thanks!
