Where to find the command line in whm ?

Completely new here, can't find the command line, seriously. and can't find an answer on Google.

  There is no command line in WHM. The command line refers to a terminal or console access.

  I'm using Windows 8, I think I can't use OpenSSH, should I use FilezillaCrypt ?

  get it to work, i guess. I have downloaded PUTTY from their website for windows, activated the SSH Authentication from my server. and voila.. connected. thank you.
