Restarting mail is probably not what you need here, but: WHM > Restart Services

You are like an mentalist hahaha. Yes, do not works. I have doubt about what can be in my case. .vB The penultimate conection is the last with the cPanel server. The next conection is to other server. So, I guess about maybe an restriction or timeout, can be? Finally, after restart the server the mails arrives fine but Outlook need a lot of time to make the conection complete. One step forward :D !

You appear to have a lot of email accounts setup. Are you sure you're not being restricted by the number of connections? Assuming that might be an issue, try looking here: WHM " Service Configuration " Mailserver Configuration I can count at least 10 email accounts in your screenshot. In that WHM location IIRC, the setting for Max IMAP connections is 20. Assuming you have more than 20 email accounts all logging in at the same time, you might bump that to see if it helps. Not a mentalist, but I do like guesswork. :p

Hello, Please review the log file /var/log/maillog at the time you are checking the mail for that account. It should give you an insight into the problem.

Maximum POP3 Connections per IP was "3", changed to "30". Thanks :D
