After update x3 theme doesn't load.

After cPanel updated to 11.44 (build 7) I cannot access any account on the x3 theme. It simply loads a blank page. If I go to manage account in WHM, and change the theme to paper lanterns, I can load in fine. Is there a way to change every account and all future accounts to paper lanters? If not, what would be the issue with x3? Regards, Hayden.

    If you modify your Packages to use Paper Lantern, all accounts using the Packages you modify, will be changed to use Paper Lantern. Docs: Configure Paper Lantern - cPanel Documentation No clue why x3 is not loading for you though. When you are using x3, and open your cPanel, what is the URL in address bar?

    And that page is blank? An easy thing to try is to force a cPanel update from within WHM. That sorts out lots of issues when you run into a problem like this. Give it a go and let us know.

    I've already tried that, as well as clearing the cache, and using several browsers. Still no luck.

    We're missing some details here somewhere I think. Is this a Reseller's cPanel account you're logging into, meaning you have that menu for changing styles right there, or no? The one where you find paper_lantern, x, x2, x3 shown as options. If yes, what happens when you change theme from there?

    I've tried removing that now, it doesn't seem to be the issue.

    Was this ever resolved? I too am having issues with all accounts using the x3 theme being blank after cpanel update.
