PHP Level changed

Not sure where the proper place is to post this. On Thursday a number of my Joomla sites went down. 2 had a WSOD and one said my PHP level was too low. Called my server provider, they said I was running at the latest PHP level, but the Joomla site said something else. I am using 1H so they changed the level on the site reporting the level discrepancy. It came back. Contacted 1H they claimed they pushed nothing and did not see what changed the levels. I also fixed the level on the other 2 Joomla sites, they came back. My server vendor saw nothing in the log to indicate anything changed. Anybody have a similar experience.

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on the specific versions of PHP installed for those domain names? Are you using the latest version of the Joomla software? Thank you.
