Email attachment size limit

Hello, each time I try to upload a file I get this an error message "Maximum allowed file size is 105 MB" How to increase the limit size ?

  What is the attachment size set in exim.conf ? Run the following command to see actual size set. cat /etc/exim.conf | grep message_size_limit

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". You will need to consult with your web hosting provider about this, but note that typically with attachments that large it's better to use an external storage method (e.g. DropBox) instead of attempting to deliver the file through email. Thank you.
