Root owned accounts / reseller best practice

Hello, Wondering if there is best practice when it comes to enabling client accounts on my cPanel / WHM install? Should I create new accounts as owned by root or should I enable my primary website account as a reseller and "resell" all of my client accounts under my primary username? Thanks!

  I prefer the latter myself. And give the Reseller enough juice to manage WHM so you rarely need to login using root for anything.
