Possible to Manage Blocked User IPs from CPanel?

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I would like to block certain users from accessing my sites on the IP level. I have tried doing 403 redirects in the .htaccess file, but this has created mixed results that aren't always what I wanted. Is there a better way of doing this from inside cpanel? Thanks.

  IP Deny Manager should work fine. You may have more success installing CSF (ConfigServer Firewall) as it lets you easily block IP addresses via WHM as well.

  Hello :) The "IP Deny Manager" option is what you will need to use if you only have cPanel access. You would have to consult with your web hosting provider if you wanted the IP addresses blocked in the server's firewall. Thank you.
