  Hello :) This stems from the following options under the "Mail" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings": Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour Number of failed or deferred messages a domain may send before protections can be triggered You will need to consult with your hosting provider if you do not have root access to this server. Thank you.

  Thank you very much for the reply, But upon entering the whm and set that parameter, I have unlimited What can be the problem?
