    Hello :) Do you notice any errors output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when the extraction occurs? Thank you.

    Hello, Thank you for your quick reply. I checked the error log and really don't see any errors related to the account I am working with at or around the time of the attempted extraction.

    You may want to check if your server is hitting any VPS resource limits, assuming it's a VPS. Otherwise, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

    I checked with the admin and they said "This is not a limit set within your VPS configuration," so I opened a ticket (5072187) as you suggested.     To update, the issue was not reproducible on a test environment. The user was advised to reach out to their provider again to see if any applications on the VPS node are killing the process. Thank you.
