how to install spamc?

hello, i just want to test an email before send it, to see if it can be spam with php but i need spamc that is the client of spammassasin. i execute /usr/bin/spamc but it is not installed. how do i enable spamc on cpanel? thanks for your help

  Make sure you have enabled spamassassin on server. Check the tweak settings and service manager just to ensure you have enabled spamassassin.
