MBString and ZLib

Hello here! I rebuild with EasyApache with MBSTRING, ZLIB. When I was trying to install X-Cart Gold Plus 4.6.3 it said: MBSTRING is OFF ZLIB compression OFF. and check php.ini to correct the situation. How can I switch ON both?

  Hello :) Could you check to see if the account is using it's own separate php.ini file? If so, would you mind temporarily disabling it to determine if that changes the output from your script's compatibility check? Thank you.
