Cpanel does not enter my network

Guys, I have a problem and "Bizarro". In my client's network can not access cPanel or webmail. - IP is not blocked - Already cleaned my nameservers windows - I cleared cookies browser - Normally access another Quaker NETWORK. - Have tried unplugging and reconnecting Proxi - It does not work neither with domain: 2082 - Does not work with cpanel.dominio Anyway has anyone had this problem?

  Hello :) Is the user able to ping the server IP address with any success? Are you sure there are no firewall or router rules on either the server or the client's computer that could be blocking access? Thank you.
