cPanel should detect the new IP address(es) automatically on reboot. If not, rebuilding the IP pool from WHM should cause it to do so. If I'm wrong here someone else should correct me. You'll of course need to make sure you have a valid license on the new IP address, and will likely need to then migrate all of the sites across to the new IP address (Change a sites IP address function). I'm not sure if this function will work based on a complete server IP address change, but please let me know as I am curious!

Hello :) Your hosting provider should update the network configuration for you, so you will simply need to ensure the accounts are assigned the updated IP address. The "IP Migration Wizard" is a useful tool for this: "WHM Home " IP Functions " IP Migration Wizard" Also, ensure you update the main shared IP address in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Basic cPanel & WHM Setup", and update the "A" records for your name servers via "WHM Home " DNS Functions " Edit DNS Zone". Thank you.
