Problem installing cpanel in new server

    Hello :) Do you experience the same result if you try temporarily forcing a specific mirror? For example, you can obtain a list of IP addresses with a command such as: host httpupdate.cpanel.net
    Then, force the use of one particular IP address with a command such as: echo HTTPUPDATE=67.159.2.2 >> /etc/cpsources.conf
    If that resolves the issue, then it's likely your server is having trouble communicating with a particular mirror. Note that if you do try this step, ensure you remove /etc/cpsources.conf after the update completes because this is not intended as a permanent solution. rm /etc/cpsources.conf
