Hello :) Please search the following log file for the date/time this occurred: /var/log/chkservd.log
It should provide some basic information about the state of your system when this service failed. Thank you.

It looks like the server load was not an issue based on that output. Could you also review /var/log/exim_mainlog at the same time period to see what in particular was output? It's likely you will need to increase the "Maximum Connections per Child" and "Maximum Children" values in "WHM Home " Email " Spamd Startup Configuration". Thank you.

Hello, I looked in the exim_mainlog file but there is nothing at that time. I changed added values to the fields you told so I will wait and see what happens. Thank you.

Hello, I haven't received any failed e-mail, cPanel updated to 11.44.0 (build 12), so I think the settings for "Maximum Connections per Child" and "Maximum Children" worked. I added the following values: Maximum Children: 10 Maximum Connections per Child: 5 Also I set the Allowed IPs to 127.0.0.1 Thank you.

I am happy to see the issue has not reoccurred. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
