phpPgAdmin loading warning/error

HI, Friends I am getting following error while I click on PhpPgAdmin from cPanel Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment.... Could not connect to PostgreSQL server: "localhost": "DBI connect('dbname=smbiz_shport','postgres',...) failed: FATAL: database "smbiz_shport" does not exist "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] Postgres query failed: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES on DATABASE "smbiz_shport" TO "smbiz_shport";: DBD::PgPP::db do failed: ERROR: database "smbiz_shport" does not exist

  Hello :) The error message indicates a missing database. Is that an active database on your system, or have you previously attempted to delete it? Please ensure you drop the database completely if it's no longer in-use. Thank you.

  I tried and got following Message..... Deleted the database smbiz_shport PostgreSQL query failed: DROP DATABASE "smbiz_shport";: DBD::PgPP::db do failed: ERROR: database "smbiz_shport" does not exist Failed to drop database "smbiz_shport," with error "ERROR: database "smbiz_shport" does not exist "
