Hello :) Are you positive the lack of a domain keys record is the reason you are not passing Yahoo Mail's SPAM check? While they may check for both DKIM and Domain Keys, I would presume that DKIM is acceptable and the domain keys check is intended for mail servers without DKIM. How can we reproduce this Yahoo SPAM check? Thank you.

Hi Michael, thanks for your reply. Actually we've enrolled in Yahoo bulk sender application and they say if we made some changes to our emailing policy then they would consider adding us to whitelist. But we've already verified our subscribers and they have all double opt-in users. Also we follow the anti-spam act such as CAN-SPAM and do provide users to able to unsubscribe from our mailing list instantly. I've checked other EPS such as VerticalResponse and others and their email headers shows passing both DKIM and DomainKeys. Thanks

I suggest contacting Yahoo directly to verify that using domain keys would make a difference. Support for domain keys with cPanel ended when DKIM was implemented. Thank you.
