Hello :) Per Outlook's mail troubleshooting URL in the output you provided: 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Outlook.com for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help. Ensure you have RDNS configured for the IP addressed used for sending email, and SPF/DKIM records added for your domain names. Beyond that, you can review the following document for advice on preventing SPAM: cPanel - Prevent Email Abuse Thank you.

spf/dkim/rdns is all configured we have been able to send email for quite some time it's only last few days. is there anything i can do in the interim? my clients obviously need to send email ASAP and it could take days-weeks-months to get whitelisted?

You could obtain a new IP address and make it the default IP address for sending via: How to Change the Sending IP for Outbound Email in Exim Some mail servers may still block based on the hostname, but it's worth a shot if it's an emergency situation for your clients. Thank you.
