Multiple Issues
10 years I've grown up with Cpanel.
Simplicity, but stability.
For some time, almost from the 11.x versions things have begun to change.
Complexity, API, feautures, vs. instability, many errors and problems.
In the last two days, I have two machines, and facing me to multiple errors with cpanel backups, with the migration tool, yet.
In the last ticket I posted, the first time I put a priority, he charged me $ 30 for nothing. Absolutely nothing, that we did not know.
But but, it was not our problem but yours came to involve as empty of meaning that were given answer.
For several hours, have been modified several versions of WHM, moving from 11.42 to upgrade because it is not a moment ago I saw another one.
Angry, upset, and giving thanks to the experience that I have both systems cpanel and allows me to step out, that if, with manual labor, and ignoring the futility of using cpanel to get out of this problem.
Less features, more stability and cpanel not going to be starting to look something Plesk, and begin to leave their customers, other panels.
