Copy an Account From Another Server not showing up

After a failed Copy an Account From Another Server process, the option for "Copy an Account From Another Server" under transfer in WHM is not showing up anymore. Anyone know what to do so it will show up again? Thanks!

  Hello, What version of cPanel are you running? In cPanel 11.44, we've done a complete overhaul of the transfer system, and it's now called 'Transfer Tool'. However, if you're running an 11.40/11.42, this link should be there. I'd recommend putting in a support ticket if you haven't already.
