upgrade mysql 5.5 question

today I upgrade mysql to 5.5, now any website return a php PHP Fatal error: Out of memory, the strange is that this problem appeared next that mysql upgrade and easyapache rebuild are completed [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - I have not changed any setting

  I solved problem, I increased RlimitMEM in httpd.conf
