[case 104709] 11.42.20 - 11.44.12 upgrade dns zone changes

Hello, I just upgraded one of my cPanel server to 11.44.12 from 11.42.20 and what happened was that some (not all) dns zones were changed. It apparantly added autoconfig/autodiscovery/cpaneldiscovery entries to some zone even though I have that option turned off in "Tweak Settings". Now, is this normal behavior or a bug? I really dont want to do through all my dns zones when I upgrade the rest of my servers to remove those entries.

  Hello :) Could you submit a support ticket so we can review your DNS zones and configuration settings and determine why the records were added? Please post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

  Seems to be a bug. I suggest everyone turn off automatic updates until this bug is fixed. I hope it's possible to mass-remove those entries with one command instead of having to edit each zone manually. :)

  This is indeed a bug, being tracked internally by case 104709. We'll have a fix out today.

  A resolution for internal case number 104709 was included with cPanel version 11.44.0.14. Per our change log: 2014-06-18 Fixed case 104709: CpanelConf sync should not force tweaksettings. Feel free to force an update of cPanel or wait for it to update automatically if you have automatic updates enabled. Thank you.
