Reseller account creation package

Hi All, I have just set up a reseller account mainly for my clients... I have noticed that although I have set up various accounts eg gold silver bronze etc ... everyone that has opened an account has gone on to a reseller example account this has a default of 15000 mb which is far too much ... I cant find anywhere to change this and it will not let me change from default either ..... any help would be appreciated thanks

  Hello :) Do you have access to "WHM Home " Account Functions " Upgrade/Downgrade an Account" to modify the package assigned to the account? Thank you.

  Yes we have access, but it is saying we have exceeded limit so will not let us modify.

  Please contact your hosting provider to see if they can allow overselling or modify the existing limits for the accounts. Thank you.
