    If you enable DKIM for cPanel accounts, all you're doing is adding the necessary zone records for that domain so that email sent FROM that domain is authenticated. This is for the benefit of the sender. When you enable the setting in Exim, you're telling your mail server to start doing DKIM auth for *incoming* email, which can reduce spam on your server but also reject legitimate email. I personally wouldn't enable this setting.

    Hello :) Yes, as Vanessa mentioned, the option in cPanel is for enabling DKIM on your outgoing email. The option in your Exim Configuration Manager is to verify DKIM records on incoming email. Thank you.
