Restoring backups on new server

Hello all Had my old server pack up last night New server has been loaded and setup. Setup my backup drive from the old machine and identical legacy backup configuration When i do multiple restores i am getting errors like "Account "": Account Restore Failed: "Account failure: The restore has failed because the "Account" restore module has been skipped by request and the account "aimsett" does not already exist." Not sure what is causing this? if i do individual backups using legacy backup restore (or move account and put backup in home folder) (not multiple) it seems to work, just time consuming? any ideas? can't see any mention in document ion Plan to move to new style backup once up and running. thanks Luke

  Hello :) Please ensure you are using the following option to restore multiple legacy backups: "WHM Home " Backup " Legacy Restore Multiple Backups" Thank you.
