Rare case of SA that fails to scan properly

In a few rare cases, I've seen SpamAssassin allow some spam to go through with the following headers:


X-Spam-Status: No, score=
X-Spam-Score: 
X-Spam-Bar: 
X-Ham-Report: 
X-Spam-Flag: NO

Anyone seen this problem before?

Hello :) Check to make sure the "spamd" service is running: /scripts/restartsrv_spamd --status
It's likely it was not running at the time of the empty SpamAssassin header you referenced. You can also ensure it's monitored via: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Service Manager" Thank you.
