safe_userchgid error on a Xen VPS
I have recently install Cpanel/WHM on a new CentOS 6.5 server residing on a Xen cluster.
The install completed successfully with no errors.
When I try to add a new user account through WHM I receive the error:
All the research I have done into this error point to a config issue with OpenVZ containers. "you need to increase the quotaugidlimit value on the parent server" Unfortunately I am on a Xen cluster so this advice is a little useless. Has anyone else experienced this and know of a workaround?

I've only ever really seen this on OVZ, but perhaps you can check to make sure quotas are enabled for the VM and that you're not out of disk space and/or inodes? It is indeed a quota problem, but afaik Xen doesn't have the same tyoe if configuration parameters as VZ at the guest level. 0 -
Hello :) Yes, make sure there are no disk space or inode limitations preventing the account creation. Do you have access to the VPS hardware node or do you rent the VPS from a hosting provider? Thank you. 0
